Whitehaven Amateurs u10’s recently received their brand new 2021/2022 home kit and they love it! All thanks to Martin Watson. Martins son Bradley who is part of the u10s said “ He was really proud of his Dad and chuffed that his name was on his shirt”
Martin who has his own Business “Martin Watson Specialist in plastering, Dry Lining and Spray Rendering” has supported the entire u10s team from day one.
He along with wife Claire have been model parents since arriving, not only supporting the team and coaches but helping raise money and of course purchasing this seasons new home kit, considering we have a large squad of 23 this is an amazing gesture and one or which the players, coaches and other parents have shown great appreciation for.
We are really lucky to have an amazing bunch of parents, it is so hard to raise funds for an entire kit for a squad of 23, so gestures like this mean much more than just getting a kit, it Frees up funds to the boys to go as many tournaments as we can, as well purchase training tops and gifts at Christmas, all the above puts smiles on faces and that’s best part so thanks again Martin
